The City of Seattle Department of Planning and Development (DPD) has these resource available.

• Industrial Permit Coordinator to help industrial firms engaged in construction or remodeling projects. The coordinator, Bryan Stevens, can be reached at 206-684-5045. Bryan can also be the first stop for other City Of Seattle agency permit issues.

• On line Permit Desk. This feature allows users to apply for permits and follow their progress, as well as request inspections. Check it out at www.seattle.gov/dpd/permitdesk

• Public Resource Center. Public information about historical permits, pending permits, maps and all kinds of other information are available at the DPD Resource Center located on the 20th floor of Key Tower in downtown Seattle. Learn more at www.seattle.gov/dpd/prc.
